Join us for a rejuvenating and empowering virtual yoga session hosted by Alli Louthain from Isha Warriors. This body positive yoga class is designed to celebrate all bodies and create a supportive environment where everyone can embrace their unique beauty. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is tailored to meet you where you are, encouraging self-love, acceptance, and inner strength. Following the 45-minute yoga session, we will transition into a reflective discussion. This will be a safe space to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings about body positivity and the practice of self-compassion. Alli will guide the conversation, offering insights and inspiration to help you carry the lessons of the mat into your everyday life.
